Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship orders throughout the contiguous United States. All shipments must be sent to a physical street address. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also contact our support team anytime for shipment updates.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Transit time is usually 5–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.
Expedited shipping may be available for select products—contact us before ordering for options.
What if my order is delayed?
Shipping timelines are controlled by the carrier. Weather conditions, mechanical issues, or regional delays are outside our control and do not qualify for shipping refunds.
What if my package shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
Please check around your property and with neighbors first. If the issue persists, contact the carrier directly. If an error occurred on our end, we will assist with resolution or replacement where applicable.

Orders & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel, contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders already processed or shipped may require return authorization instead.

No account is required. However, creating one allows for easier order tracking and faster checkout.
What if I receive the wrong item?

Can I return an installed or used engine or part?
No. We cannot accept returns for:
- Installed or used products
- Items missing components or original packaging
Is there a restocking fee?
Returns not caused by our error may be subject to a restocking fee. See our Return Policy for details.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection of the returned item. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

How do I know an engine or part will fit my boat or vehicle?
Contact our support team with your engine model, serial number, or VIN before purchasing. We are happy to verify compatibility.
Do your products include a warranty?
Yes. Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer and varies by brand and product type. Warranty typically begins on the date of purchase or installation.
Do you cover vehicle damage caused by defective parts?
No. We are not responsible for labor costs, towing, installation fees, storage, or related expenses.

Do you offer price matching?
